Our client, a premier provider of cutting-edge power systems, HVAC, and infrastructure solutions across Africa, based in Nairobi, is seeking to fill the role of a Sales Lead to lead business growth in Kenya, focusing on LV panels, HVAC systems and electrical power solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  
• Drive sales strategy and achieve revenue targets
  
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
  
• Build and maintain strong relationship with clients, contractors, and consultants
  
• Promote LV panels, HVAC systems, and related power solutions
  
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
  
• Support bid preparation, quotations, and tender processes
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term account growth
  

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business or a related field
  
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in power and energy sector sales (mandatory)
  
• At least 3 years in a managerial or team lead role
  
• Proven track record in selling electrical solutions (LV panels/HVAC preferred)
  
• Strong knowledge of the Kenyan market and industry landscape
  
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills
