- Proven track record in customer development or project sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Works well under pressure and demonstrates teamwork.
- Skilled in maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to prepare sales plans, quotations, and contracts independently.
