On behalf of our client, a leading Resort, we are seeking an experienced and result driven Sales Manager with solid hospitality experience and a strong passion for selling exceptional guest experiences.
The role holder must be a professional who understands hotel sales, build lasting relationships, and consistently delivers revenue growth.
Academic & Professional Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality and Tourism management or a Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management from a recognized institution
Experience
· Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a sales management role within the hospitality industry
Technical Skills
· Strategic Account Management: A technical approach to mapping out corporate accounts and identifying "the need behind the need" for large organizations.
· Lead Generation & Prospecting: Using advanced search tools and industry databases to find new corporate
· Revenue Management Systems (RMS): Understanding tools that provide data for pricing strategies clients or tour operators.
· Budgeting & Forecasting: Proficiency in Excel and financial software to create annual sales budgets and monthly revenue forecasts.
· Digital Marketing Basics: Knowledge of SEO, LinkedIn for B2B sales, and email marketing tools to drive direct bookings.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Drive room, conference, and F&B sales to achieve and exceed set targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for corporate, leisure, and group markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel agents, tour operators, and event planners
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the hospitality sector.
- Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
