Job role

On behalf of our client, a leading Resort, we are seeking an experienced and result driven Sales Manager with solid hospitality experience and a strong passion for selling exceptional guest experiences.

The role holder must be a professional who understands hotel sales, build lasting relationships, and consistently delivers revenue growth.

 

Academic & Professional Requirements

·        Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality and Tourism management or a Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management from a recognized institution


Experience

·        Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a sales management role within the hospitality industry


Technical Skills

·        Strategic Account Management: A technical approach to mapping out corporate accounts and identifying "the need behind the need" for large organizations.

·        Lead Generation & Prospecting: Using advanced search tools and industry databases to find new corporate

·        Revenue Management Systems (RMS): Understanding tools that provide data for pricing strategies clients or tour operators.

·        Budgeting & Forecasting: Proficiency in Excel and financial software to create annual sales budgets and monthly revenue forecasts.

·        Digital Marketing Basics: Knowledge of SEO, LinkedIn for B2B sales, and email marketing tools to drive direct bookings.


Responsibilities & Requirements

  1. Drive room, conference, and F&B sales to achieve and exceed set targets
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for corporate, leisure, and group markets
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel agents, tour operators, and event planners
  4. Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the hospitality sector.
  5. Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
  6. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
