Job Summary

The sales manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales efforts. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop strategies and ensure successful project execution. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, project management skills and leadership skills.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • 1.      Develop Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies considering market trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • 2.     Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

3.      Sales

  1. 3. Team Management: Supervise and lead a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets and project goals.
  2. 4.    Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies.
  3. 5.     Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the IT and Design department to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  4. 6.     Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
  5. 7.      Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements are accurately maintained and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  6. 8.      Sales Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts effectively.

  8. 10  Customer Feedback: Collect and analyse customer feedback to make improvements and adjustments to the project as needed

 

Qualifications.

  1. 1.    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  2. 2. Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. 3.    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsLeadership and team management abilities.
  4. 4. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Customer Service and Sales skills
