Sales & Marketing Agents - Utawala

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market the school’s programs and value proposition to prospective parents and students.
  
• Generate, follow up, and convert qualified leads into actual student enrollments.
  
• Conduct field marketing activities within Utawala and neighbouring areas.
  
• Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and conversions.
  
• Provide regular updates on marketing activities and results to the sales supervisor.
  
• Represent the school professionally and uphold its reputation at all times.
  

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in sales and marketing or a business related course.
• Must possess a smartphone for communication and reporting.
  
• Must have a valid National ID.
  
• Reside in or be familiar with Utawala and its surrounding areas.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Goal-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated.
  
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, or promotions is an added advantage.
  

Compensation

• Commission-based structure:
• Earn Ksh 18,000 for  every 10 leads successfully brought to the school plus Ksh1,200 for every excess of 10 leads(qualified and converted).
• Earn Ksh 25,500 for  every 15 leads successfully brought to the school plus Ksh1,400 for every excess of 15 leads(qualified and converted).
• Earn Ksh 18,000 for  every 20 leads successfully brought to the school plus Ksh6,200 for every excess of  20 leads(qualified and converted).
