Compensation
Monthly Retainer: KES 40,000
Transport & Airtime Allowance: KES 5,000
Commission: 10% on sales achieved above set targets
Location

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market hotel services to new and existing clients
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify business opportunities and generate leads
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle client inquiries professionally
Requirements
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related field
- Background in the hotel or hospitality industry
- Minimum of one year working experience in sales/marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office tools
- Positive attitude, self-driven, and results-oriented
