Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and acquire new clients (individuals, SMEs, and corporates) to drive product sales.
• Actively market and sell the company’s electronics, home appliances, and outdoor equipment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required by management.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform strategy.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, activations, and exhibitions to promote the company’s products.
• Work with the collections team to ensure all payments are made in line with agreed terms.
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
• Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of proven sales experience (experience in electronics, home appliances, or FMCG sales is mandatory)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel and work across Nairobi and other regions in Kenya.
