Top Notch Management Services is Human Resources Management Consulting firm based in Nairobi and branches across the Country. On behalf of our client who deals with healthy snacks distribution, we are seeking to hire for the position of Sales & Marketing executive to sell the snacks to various retail outlets i.e. Winery, drinking joints, 2nd tier supermarkets etc. with the aim of increasing brand visibility and customer engagement.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and onboard new retail outlets i.e. winery joints, Shops, supermarkets, and office clients.
2. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to increase repeat orders.
3. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4. Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability and customer satisfaction.
5. Negotiate product placement and visibility within outlets.
6. Ensure timely order collection, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
7. Monitor stock movement within client outlets and recommend replenishment.
8. Collect customer feedback and market intelligence on competitor products and pricing.
Qualifications
a) Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
b) At least 1–3 years’ experience in FMCG, snacks, beverages, or retail sales.
c) Good understanding of retail and hospitality market operations.
d) Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
e) Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
f) Basic computer skills and reporting ability.
g) Ability to meet targets and build retailer relationships.
h) Good negotiation skills
