DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tour companies, hotels, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the customer base.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide reports to management.


Marketing & Promotion

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s online presence, including social media platforms and the official website.
  • Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
  • Coordinate events, roadshows, and promotional activities as needed.
  • Monitor marketing effectiveness and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.


Customer Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Gather market intelligence to stay informed of competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.


KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales and marketing role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience in dealing with tour operators, hotels, and corporate clients
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and online platform management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results under tight deadlines
