CDL was founded in early by its current Managing Director Lucy Mmari.Within her 14 year tenure in a well established logistics company, She honed her skill in human resources management and thereafter started CDL.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue leads Educate prospects through calls, visits, and presentations Provide outstanding support to existing customers Understand our target market and selling value proposition Meet and maintain sales targets Research prospective buyers and understand their needs Develop strong relationships with customers Implement sales and marketing strategies Communicate feedback from customers to improve our products and services

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and marketing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
