Compensation
Starting salary: KES 15,000 per month (for the first 3 months)
Commission: Attractive commission structure available
Eligibility
- Open to both male and female applicants
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, marketing, or microfinance
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell microfinance products to clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress
- Provide guidance to clients on loan applications and repayment plans
- Collect feedback and share market insights with the management team
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of proven sales or microfinance experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of financial services is an added advantage
- Must be based in Nairobi or willing to relocate
