Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. 
  
• Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, and business opportunities. 
  
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction. 
  
• Conduct regular market visits and sales presentations. 
  
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback. 
  
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards in outlets. 
  
• Manage customer orders, collections, and account reconciliations. 
  
• Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence updates.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• 
  
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  
• At least 2 years of sales experience in the food processing, FMCG, or food manufacturing industry.
  
• Sales and negotiation skills. 
  
• Customer relationship management. 
  
• Communication and interpersonal skills. 
  
• Market analysis and business development. 
  
• Report writing and computer proficiency. 
  
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
