Requirements:
Diploma in sales, business management, or a related field with a minimum of one year working experience, preferably in a sales or sales order processing role. Fresh university graduates in marketing, business management, or a related field will also be considered. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team with minimal supervision. Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize appropriately. Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner. Ability to learn fast on the job with strong attention to detail. The candidate must have an outgoing personality, be quick to understand different products, organized, and self-managing.

Experience:
Minimum one year working experience, preferably in a sales or sales order processing role.

Salary:
Expected salary around KShs. 30,000 plus company benefits.

Duties:
The sales order processor will be responsible for processing all sales orders received from the sales team and sending them for approval to the finance department. He/she will be required to provide clear specifications of the ordered items, including quality, quantity, delivery service, delivery timelines, and customer details for accounting and logistics purposes. Provide support to the upcountry sales lead by preparing quotes and proformas for clients.

Other responsibilities include: being accurate in sales order processing, handling customer relationship management, ensuring sales order process procedure implementation, stakeholder engagement and communication, and preparing necessary reports.
