We are a dynamic, well-established Savings and Deposit Taking Credit Co-operative Society in the country with membership spread globally.
We are seeking to recruit highly qualified result-oriented individuals for the position.
Below are the requirements.
Sales Representative1. JOB INFORMATION
Job Title: Sales Representative
Department: Operations
Section: Business Development
Reports to: Branch Manager
Direct Reports: N/A
Workstation: Nairobi / Mombasa / Kisumu
3. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
a) Achieve the monthly sales targets arising from member recruitment and increasing the Society’s portfolio.
b) Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
c) Maintain effective customer service to be able to meet clients’ expectations.
d) Achieve timely development of sales proposals, presentation, and reports.
e) Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
f) Collection of feedback from members at various networking forums that could be used for business leads and improve product and service offering.
g) Participate in marketing activities and events.
h) Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
i) Any other lawful duties that may be assigned from time to time.
4. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum level of academic qualification for the role:

• 
  
• Holders of a Diploma in Business related field or its equivalent from a recognized university.
  
• Relevant degree and membership with relevant professional body is an added advantage
  

Minimum number of years of experience required

• 
  
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience and in a similar position.
  

5. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
a) Achievement of recruitment targets monthly.
b) Retention of existing members per portfolio.
c) Loan uptake and savings by recruited members.
d) Report on daily activities.
e) Market research and feedback.
