Location :  Kitengela , Nairobi.

Salary : Ksh 20K plus comm

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  
• Grow the property portfolio through active client acquisition.
  
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns.
  
• Manage online/offline property advertising and digital visibility.
  
• Build and maintain strong client and property owner relationships.
  
• Track leads, conversions, and sales performance.
  
• Prepare reports and provide market insights.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 
  
• Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  
• Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or real estate/property management.
  
• Strong ability to source and convert opportunities.
  
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  
• Digital and social media marketing skills are an added advantage.
