- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell the company's products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate sales, and close deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure timely collection of customer payments where applicable.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold its brand image at all times.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience* in a sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Experience in territory management and customer relationship management will be an added advantage.
- Age should be 25-35
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with strong relationship management abilities.
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
