About the Role

Work Global Careers Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced and results-driven Sales Representatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the company's products and services within their assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Promote and sell the company's products and services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate sales, and close deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Ensure timely collection of customer payments where applicable.
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold its brand image at all times.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience
  • Minimum 3 years' proven experience* in a sales role.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in territory management and customer relationship management will be an added advantage.
  • Age should be 25-35

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship management abilities.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
  • Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
