Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products to healthcare providers.
  
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals to encourage product prescriptions.
  
• Deliver detailed, persuasive presentations on product benefits, usage, and safety to healthcare professionals.
  
• Plan daily schedules, manage customer databases (CRM), and conduct field visits within a defined area.
  
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor actions.
  
• Training & Compliance: Attend sales meetings, training workshops, and industry conferences to stay updated on medical data. 
  

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business preferred.
  
• Proven experience in sales, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  
• Persuasive, resilient, organized, and capable of working independently.
  
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and virtual presentation tools.
