Salary: KES 260,000 – 300,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new sales leads via cold calling, networking, and referrals
* Build lasting client relationships to drive repeat business
* Present and sell products/services with compelling arguments
* Conduct market research to understand Nairobi customer trends
* Meet sales targets within set timelines
* Deliver engaging product presentations
* Address customer queries and feedback professionally
* Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client interactions
Requirements
* Nationality: European (passport or national ID required)
* Language: Proficiency in French is mandatory
* Proven experience in sales or related roles
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Excellent time management and organizational abilities
* Team player with independent working capability
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales metrics
* Minimum 5 years of sales experience (preferably international/multicultural)
* Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
