Job Description/Requirements
The Director of Operations at True Talents of Africa International Football Academy will be responsible for leading and managing all operational, administrative, procurement, and facility functions of the academy and school in Tigoni, Kiambu County. This leadership role ensures that the academy runs efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with KRA, NEMA, and Ministry of Education standards. The Director will oversee vendor sourcing and contract management, budgeting, inventory control, and operational systems that promote accountability and transparency.
