Job Mission
We are seeking a highly driven Workforce Development Specialist to lead employer engagement efforts and drive high-volume candidate placements across gig, micro-work, local, and digital talent segments. This role requires a strong business development background and proven experience in recruitment, account management, or talent placement.

Key Responsibilities
● Identify, target, and onboard new employer partners to create ongoing placement opportunities.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to understand workforce needs and hiring cycles.
● Develop strategic partnerships with companies across multiple industries to expand placement pipelines.
● Present workforce solutions, negotiate terms, and drive long-term collaboration with employer partners.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for employer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness.
● Facilitate communication between internal teams, candidates, and employers.
● Track performance metrics, placement data, and employer needs to inform strategy and operational improvements.
● Stay informed on workforce trends, talent supply, and employer demand across key sectors.

KPIs to measure success
● Number of new employers onboarded per month.
● Percentage of employers that continue to work with the organization over time.
● Percentage of employers returning with additional hiring needs.
● Number of successful candidate placements per month (target: 200–250).
● percentage of candidates matched vs. candidates successfully hired.
● Number of meetings, outreach calls, or engagement events conducted.
● percentage of employer leads converted into active hiring partners.
● How effectively the specialist uses CRM and ATS platform tools.
Key Skills & Competencies
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
● Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in workforce development, business development, recruitment in volumes especially for entry level roles, partnerships, or employment services.
● Experience in recruitment or sourcing in high volumes especially for entry level roles across gig, micro, local, and digital talent categories will be an added advantage.
● Strong understanding of labor market trends, workforce development policies, and employer needs.
