Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic to our digital assets.
- Manage and curate social media profiles, creating and sharing engaging content to maintain an active and growing online community.
- Design, implement, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc., to reach targeted audiences and achieve specific marketing goals.
- Create visually appealing and impactful marketing collateral, including posters and promotional materials, ensuring high quality and consistency with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs, generating reports to provide insights into the effectiveness of campaigns and recommending improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, and social media to propose innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Utilize analytical tools to track website performance, user behavior, and conversion rates, identifying areas for optimization.
- Manage and maintain relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, or partners related to digital marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, social media management, paid advertising, and graphic design.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research, and optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for business purposes.
- Demonstrated expertise in planning, executing, and analyzing paid advertising campaigns across different platforms.
- Strong graphic design skills, with experience in creating high-quality posters and marketing materials. Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media insights, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
