We are seeking a Senior Waiter/Waitress with strong leadership and supervision skills to join our café team.

Minimum Requirements:
● At least 2 years’ experience as a waiter/waitress in a café or similar hospitality environment
● Proven supervisory or team-lead experience
● Excellent customer service and communication skills
● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
● Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
● High level of professionalism, punctuality, and personal presentation
Key Responsibilities:
● Supervise daily café service operations and support junior staff
● Maintain high standards of customer service and service consistency
● Assist with staff training, scheduling, and task allocation
● Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly
● Ensure cleanliness, proper table setup, and compliance with café standards
