We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager with at least 5 years of experience in managing social media platforms and a degree in Marketing or a related field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
  • Manage and maintain all company social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Create compelling and relevant content (posts, videos, graphics, and stories) that drive audience engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to keep the company’s presence current and effective.
  • Schedule and publish content consistently, ensuring brand voice and tone are maintained across all channels.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics tools; provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and marketing professionals.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, inquiries, and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing best practices and emerging trends.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Strong understanding of key social media metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite,
  • Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Demonstrated experience in social media advertising and campaign management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity with strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
