Our client is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer to join their team. The role involves managing online presence, running digital campaigns, and ensuring strong engagement across multiple platforms.
Job Purpose / Objectives
Build and maintain the company’s online presence.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social platforms.
Optimize content and ads to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
Core Competencies
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Content creation and copywriting skills.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
SEO and website optimization awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand awareness.
Create engaging content (posts, images, short videos, banners).
Set up and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages.
Implement conversion tracking and retargeting strategies.
Collaborate with other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Keep up with digital trends and recommend new strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Certification in digital marketing or social media management is an added advantage.
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in social media marketing.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
