DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
• Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and current social media trends.
• Create high-quality visual content (images, short videos, reels, and TikTok videos) for marketing and promotions.
• Manage daily social media activity, including posting, responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers.
• Actively promote company products and services to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Create and edit TikTok videos and participate in trends to boost reach and engagement.
• Monitor social media performance (likes, comments, shares, views) and suggest improvements.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social platforms.
• Engage with online audiences, respond to inquiries, and build positive customer relationships.
• Assist in running social media campaigns, promotions, and online activations.
• Research competitors and industry trends to keep content fresh and competitive.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Diploma in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience or strong knowledge of social media marketing.
• Ability to create compelling marketing content (graphics, videos, captions).
• Experience creating and managing TikTok content.
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools is an added advantage
• Strong communication and creativity skills
