- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and market research.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Present, demonstrate, and promote software solutions and IT products to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across various industries.
- Understand client business needs and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct regular client visits and meetings to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and coordinate with technical teams during implementation and onboarding.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports detailing activities, pipeline status, and achievements.
- Work closely with technical, implementation, and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Contribute to sales strategy development and market expansion initiatives.
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in software sales, IT solutions sales, SaaS sales, ERP sales, or related technology products.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Understanding of software solutions, cloud-based applications, SaaS products, ERP systems, CRM platforms, or business automation solutions.
- Familiarity with the software sales cycle and consultative selling techniques.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales reporting systems is an added advantage.
