Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Supervise daily operations during assigned shifts.
Ensure smooth coordination between service staff, bar, and kitchen.
Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Team Leadership
Lead, train, and motivate waiters and support staff.
Prepare shift schedules and manage staff attendance.
Conduct briefings before service to communicate daily targets and updates.
Ensure grooming and uniform standards are maintained.
Customer Service
Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements where necessary.
Administrative & Control Duties
Oversee billing accuracy and cash handling procedures.
Monitor stock levels of beverages and service supplies.
Assist in inventory checks and cost control.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or bar.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
