JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruitment efforts across multiple departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about recruiting who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills (Hard Skills)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.Soft SkillsCommunication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders.Organization: Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team.Adaptability: Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges with a positive attitude.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & RecruitmentAssist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.Support recruitment campaigns and initiatives to attract top talent.Participate in career fairs and hiring events to promote the company’s employer brand.Screening & InterviewingReview resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications.Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on screening results.Coordination & AdministrationSchedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Prepare interview materials and ensure a smooth interview process.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Communicate with candidates throughout the process, providing updates and feedback.Candidate Experience & CollaborationEnsure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.Collaborate with HR and coordination teams to align hiring needs and timelines.Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
