🔍 Pipeline Builder // TALENT ACQUISITION SOURCERWe’re looking for a Pipeline Builder to proactively source and engage talent, building strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.What you’ll doSource and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean searchBuild and manage talent pipelines for high-demand rolesConduct initial candidate screeningsPartner with recruiters and hiring managers on target profilesWhat we’re looking for2+ years of experience in sourcing or talent acquisitionProven ability to build talent pipelines independentlyStrong sourcing and passive outreach skillsExperience with ATS and sourcing toolsAdvanced expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search (required)Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment🚀 If you’re a hands-on sourcer who enjoys building pipelines and working with top sourcing tools, we’d love to hear from you.
