We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist passionate about connecting with high-level professionals and building strategic relationships. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a robust talent pipeline that meets current and future hiring needs, applying innovative search strategies and market analysis.

🚀 Main Responsibilities

- Design and maintain a proactive pipeline of candidates for high-demand roles.

- Identify talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and specialized platforms.

- Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and interest.

- Manage an organized database of active and passive candidates.

- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define key profiles.

- Monitor search metrics and submit regular reports.

- Develop creative strategies to attract qualified candidates.

- Stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices in sourcing.

💡 Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition

- Advanced English level, B2+, C1

- Strong skills in research, candidate sourcing, and contacting passive candidates.

- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and search tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search).

- Experience sourcing candidates for specialized or high-volume roles.

- Knowledge of advanced search methodologies.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
