Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Full-Time Teacher to deliver right brain education programs to young learners. The ideal candidate loves working with children, is open to innovative teaching methods, and is eager to grow within a specialized education environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging right brain education lessons as per the Tickle Right curriculum

  • Create a positive, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment

  • Observe, assess, and document student progress and development

  • Build strong relationships with children and communicate effectively with parents/guardians

  • Prepare teaching materials and maintain classroom organization

  • Participate in training, workshops, and continuous professional development

  • Uphold Tickle Right’s teaching philosophy, values, and standards

  • Ensure child safety and well-being at all times

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field

  • Experience working with young children (early years experience preferred)

  • Passion for child development and alternative/creative education methods

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Patient, enthusiastic, and empathetic teaching style

  • Willingness to learn and apply right brain education techniques (training provided)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
