Job Purpose



Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of our esteemed client, is seeking a passionate and qualified Technical Sales Executive to join a leading organization dedicated to providing innovative medical solutions. Our client has experienced constant growth and has become a leading provider of Medical and Laboratory Equipment, Hospital Furniture, Pathology Interiors, Technical Services and Maintenance in Kenya. As a Technical Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our advanced Medical Technology solutions to healthcare institutions and professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the technical aspects of our products and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers in the healthcare sector.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets by promoting and selling Medical Technology solutions
to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
 Identify, pursue, develop, execute strategic sales plans to achieve predetermined targets and new business opportunities.
 Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
 Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
 Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
 Deliver exceptional customer service and support, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
 Stay abreast of industry developments, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
 Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with organizational goals.
 Collaborate with the technical team to address customer inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure seamless implementation of our solutions.
 Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Medical Technology solutions to meet their requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and best practices.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in healthcare institutions, serving as their trusted advisor for all technical inquiries.
 Prepare and submit sales proposals, contracts, and quotations in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer expectations.
 Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, including pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and customer feedback.
 Install, commission, and undertake User-training on new equipment



QUALIFICATIONS
 Diploma in Biomedical Engineering Technology, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
 Must have experience with medical equipment.
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales related to medical equipment.
 Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and effectively communicate complex
biomedical concepts and technology solutions.
 Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth within the healthcare industry.
 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with a customer-centric mindset.
 Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in training programs
