Position: Telesales Agent –International Campaign
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Role Purpose
Omnichannel International is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Agents to join our International Campaign team. The successful candidates will be responsible for engaging with international customers, promoting products and services, and driving sales while delivering excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to international customers to promote products and services
• Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Handle customer objections professionally and effectively
• Accurately capture customer information and update systems
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and campaign understanding
• Ensure compliance with campaign scripts, processes, and quality standards
• Deliver excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships
Key Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 1–2 years’ experience in telesales or call centre customer service, preferably in an international campaign
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication skills (clear, fluent English required)
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM or call centre systems
• Ability to work in shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends
