Salary Range: Net 15,000 plus commissions


Summary:

As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and successfully closing sales to achieve the company's sales objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Generate leads through various channels and identify sales opportunities.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the specified timeframe.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
• Attend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, interests, and competitor activities.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in telesales or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
