Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Tendering / Business Development Officer to join their team.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Identify and monitor tender opportunities from government, NGOs, and private sector.
- Prepare and submit tender documents and proposals within the required timelines.
- Support the company in business development and client acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Follow up on submitted tenders and business proposals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing quotations, contracts, and business reports.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Procurement, or any related field.
- Knowledge of tendering procedures and documentation will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- Previous experience in tendering or business development is an added advantage.
