We are seeking a dedicated, dynamic, and professionally qualified female Primary School Teacher to join our instructional team.
Key Responsibilities
❖ Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum. (Experience with the British National Curriculum is an advantage.)
❖ Assess, record, and report on student progress, providing constructive and timely feedback.
❖ Maintain an organised, safe, and positive classroom environment that promotes discipline and effective learning.
❖ Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse student needs, including learners with varying levels of English proficiency.
❖ Integrate technology effectively into teaching, learning, and assessment processes.
❖ Communicate professionally with students, and colleagues regarding academic progress and behavioural matters.
❖ Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development programmes, and school functions.
❖ Support extracurricular activities and contribute positively to the wider school environment.
❖ Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and where necessary, leadership initiative.
Qualifications and Experience
• Mandatory: Valid Teachers Service Commission (TSC) registration.
• Education:
o Minimum Diploma in Primary Education OR
o Diploma in another field with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
o A Bachelor’s Degree in Education is an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years teaching experience in a recognized primary school. Experience with the British National Curriculum is highly desirable.
• Skills and Competencies:
o Excellent command of spoken and written English.
o Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
o Ability to work collaboratively within a professional team.
o Proficiency in modern instructional technologies.
o Commitment to continuous professional growth.
