Job Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries about company tour packages and services.
- Assess client requirements, including destinations, group size, duration, and preferred activities.
- Ensure deposits are paid before confirming any bookings.
- Clearly explain cancellation policies, including important dates and penalties.
- Arrange transport and accommodation that match the client’s preferences and finances.
- Plan and organize excursions, sightseeing, and activities tailored to client interests.
- Provide guidance on cultural practices, local attractions, and safety measures.
- Consider special needs such as mobility or medical requirements during tour planning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality Management.
- IATA Diploma is mandatory.
- Practical experience with Galileo or Amadeus systems.
- Minimum of 3 years working as a Tour Consultant.
- Strong ability to understand and meet client needs.
Salary: Ksh. 50,000
