Job Description/Requirements
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries about company services and travel packages.
- Assess each client’s requirements, including destinations, length of stay, and travel time.
- Ensure deposits are paid before confirming bookings.
- Explain cancellation policies clearly, including important dates and penalties.
- Select appropriate transport based on finances, schedules, and preferred travel duration.
- Arrange accommodation that matches the client’s budget and location preferences.
- Plan excursions tailored to the client’s interests and needs.
- Consider mobility and medical requirements throughout the trip planning process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Travel or Hospitality Management.
- IATA Diploma is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Galileo or Amadeus systems.
- Minimum of 3 years working as a Travel Consultant.
- Strong ability to understand and meet client needs.
Salary: Ksh. 50,000
