General Purpose
Our client, a leading food manufacturing company with well-established and popular brands including tomato sauce, drinking chocolate, bread spreads, and other fast-moving consumer goods, is seeking to recruit a hardworking and results-driven Van Sales Representative to support business growth.
Location: Embu & Thika Road | Gross Salary: Ksh. 35,000 + Applicable Commissions
Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive assigned sales van and execute daily sales routes within Embu region
- Sell and distribute company products to retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors
- Achieve set monthly and weekly sales targets
- Ensure proper stock management, display, and merchandising in outlets
- Collect payments and ensure timely remittance
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
- Maintain accurate sales and route reports
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing or FMCG sector
- Valid driving license (added advantage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
