DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, conceptualize, and execute video projects from pre-production to final delivery
- Translate briefs and ideas into engaging visual stories aligned with brand objectives
- Conduct video shoots in studio and on location, ensuring high production quality
- Set up, test, and operate cameras, lighting, microphones, and other video equipment
- Direct subjects during filming to achieve the desired performance and visual outcome
- Capture high-quality video and audio footage following best production practices
- Edit video content, including cutting, color correction, sound mixing, transitions, and basic motion graphics
- Review raw footage, select best takes, and assemble sequences according to project requirements
- Optimize video content for different platforms (social media, websites, presentations, etc.)
- Ensure consistency in visual style, branding, and messaging across all video outputs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Maintain proper storage, organization, and backup of video files and assets
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any technical issues
- Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and creative teams
- Incorporate feedback and revisions promptly and professionally
- Stay updated on emerging video trends, tools, and production techniques
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Videographer or in a similar role
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar)
- Strong understanding of video production techniques, including composition, lighting, and audio
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
