JOB TITLE: VIDEOGRAPHER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, conceptualize, and execute video projects from pre-production to final delivery
  • Translate briefs and ideas into engaging visual stories aligned with brand objectives
  • Conduct video shoots in studio and on location, ensuring high production quality
  • Set up, test, and operate cameras, lighting, microphones, and other video equipment
  • Direct subjects during filming to achieve the desired performance and visual outcome
  • Capture high-quality video and audio footage following best production practices
  • Edit video content, including cutting, color correction, sound mixing, transitions, and basic motion graphics
  • Review raw footage, select best takes, and assemble sequences according to project requirements
  • Optimize video content for different platforms (social media, websites, presentations, etc.)
  • Ensure consistency in visual style, branding, and messaging across all video outputs
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Maintain proper storage, organization, and backup of video files and assets
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any technical issues
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and creative teams
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions promptly and professionally
  • Stay updated on emerging video trends, tools, and production techniques


KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Videographer or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of video production techniques, including composition, lighting, and audio
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
