Execution at Karak & Go
- For MPESA: write down transaction code, time and date on printed receipt.
- For Card: collect printed POS receipt and staple to order slip.
- For Cash: indicate amount paid and return change slip if needed.
- Assist in putting stickers on cups with correct branding.
- Greet car guests as they arrive; take orders within 1–2minutes.
- Clean and reset tables within 60 seconds after guest leaves.
- Monitor shop vibe: tidy decor, straighten chairs.
