Position Summary

We are looking for energetic, well-presented, and customer-focused individuals aged 20–24 years to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

KeyResponsibilities

●       Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.

●       Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.

●       Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.

●       Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.

●       Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.

●       Process bills and payments accurately.

●       Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.

●       Follow restaurant standards for hygiene, grooming, and customer service.

●       Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

●       Age: 20–24 years

●       Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or related field (preferred). (Diploma is not a must but an added advantage)

●       Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.

●       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

●       Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance.

●       Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

●       Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
