Core Responsibilities

• Confirm all payment types and document details.

• Support sticker duty when assigned by the cashier/lead.

• Clear tables and manage indoor/outdoor cleanliness.

• Maintain shop aesthetics and follow customer care SOPs.


Execution at Karak & Go

  • Serve sit-in, takeaway, and car customers promptly.
  • For MPESA: write down the transaction code, time, and date on the printed receipt.
  • For Card: collect printed POS receipt and staple to order slip.
  • For Cash: indicate the amount paid and return the change slip if needed.
  • Assist in putting stickers on cups with correct branding.
  • Greet car guests as they arrive; take orders within 1–2 minutes.
  • Clean and reset tables within 60 seconds after the guest leaves.
  • Monitor shop vibe: tidy decor, straighten chairs.
