We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance & Operations Assistant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting both finance and operational functions within our organization.

As the Head of Finance and Operations you will be responsible for developing financial and operational strategies, manufacturing and supply chain, coordinating field operations, internal systems and reporting to internal and external stakeholder.

This position will be responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination between product management, supply chain operations, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Diploma in Business Management or relevant field from a recognized institution

To drive Operations function to scalability and excellence.

You will lead our future tech strategy, focusing on a mobile tech transformation: provide our field staff with the mobile-based tools to reach more farmers; develop scalable, direct communication channels with farmers to improve customer service; and digitize and decentralize data collection tools to speed up data flows and improve efficiency.
