Job Description/Requirements
Play a critical role in managing both product-related functions and customer operations within our Medical Products distribution, Innovative Medicine and MedTech company. This position will be responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination between product management, supply chain operations, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Summary:
1. Play a strategic role in the execution of pricing strategies, product management, and pricing innovation, ensuring the success of our Personalized Customer-centric Vision. This role ensures customer operations programs deliver on business contract and pricing strategies, and revenue growth targets to drive customer behaviors that ensure business goal achievement.
2. Ability to think through client strategy and help them develop measurement business rules. Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
3. Strong background in working with data and pulling insights based on KPIs
4. Considered Product expert within the company coupled with B2B e-Commerce Strategies, Digital Marketing
5. Partner with brand team and contribute to the strategic development and execution of the brand initiatives.
6. Leverage deep skills in segmentation, communication and analytics to obtain positive influence with our target customers, as well as maximizing audiences through organic growth strategies, and increasing physician engagement and conversion rates.
7. Conceive, evaluate and create a best-in-class digital platform for the brand teams.
8. Accelerate adoption of our Business through key initiatives including data analysis, customer surveys, user outreach, Business-specific programs, and building relationships
9. Analyze customer purchasing processes and evaluate opportunities for Our Business solutions to improve end user experiences, reduce costs, and accelerate organization performance
10. Partner with data science/analytics to prepare and present forecasts, opportunity identification and performance readouts on standard intervals
11. Serve as a stakeholder in omni-channel campaign development to ensure consistency in messaging strategies while ensuring measurable and performative results
12. Create high quality PowerPoint slides to pull through strategic direction of storyboard
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry or related field)
- Masters Degree in business related course (Desirable)
- Certification with MSK (Professional Marketing certification)Â (Desirable)
