The Quality Assurance Manager will work with the MedBill team to take ownership of assigned projects and work independently to deliver a quality solution, while also collaborating with the Business Analyst and Development Team.

3-5 years of practical experience in a similar role.

Degree in public relations, communications or relevant field desirable

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.

Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing systems management, operations, and maintenance to ensure the seamless functioning of our renewable energy solutions.

You will be responsible for building a customer service and technical team and managing your customers, their expectations, and quality of service provision as well as the functionality and security of our solar energy and distribution assets.

s/he will work closely with diverse partners (government and non-governmental, including community engagement), to advance advocacy, partner engagement and sector coordination initiatives.
