The Head of Programs leads, develops, and manages the entire program team at TISA. The individual drives the implementation of the four pillars of the strategic plan.

The primary responsibility of the incumbent will be to ensure the fulfillment of client and Firm expectations through the delivery of exceptional services and the maintenance of high utilization levels.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the candidate will lead the development and execution of the hospital’s business development strategy with an aim of growing and sustaining the business to help the hospital meet its budgetary obligations.

The Production Assistant Manager will ensure the implementation of work plans for crop production and cultural practices within the stipulated timeframes, as well assist in the oversight of the work of production supervisors and senior supervisors. The production Assistant Manager will work under the Production Manager.

The manager will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods.

The Accountant will be responsible for ensuring that the accounting and financial operations of the organization as well as the accounting guidelines are safeguarded. They will be expected to work with the sales team. This role report to the Director.

The main objective of this position is to develop and maintain effective educational programs in the school. It’s also the responsibility of the Principal to provide leadership, direction, and coordination in the school.
