Job Opportunity:
Join our Sales team as an Account Executive and play a pivotal role in driving our digital payment solutions to new heights!
Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Develop detailed sales plans and pipelines to exceed targets
2️⃣ Manage the entire sales cycle from client acquisition to delivery completion
3️⃣ Introduce new products/services to existing clients
4️⃣ Provide top-notch aftersales support to enhance customer loyalty
5️⃣ Address customer complaints promptly and ensure satisfactory resolutions
6️⃣ Advocate for customer needs within the organization
7️⃣ Maintain accurate records of sales and payment data
8️⃣ Achieve performance objectives
Other Responsibilities:
1) Drafting of Contract – S & M; Capacity; SRA and Tenders
2) Ensuring Statutory Requirements are met
3) Debt Management
4) Coordination with Logistics
Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in sales/customer service in digital payment industry
✅ Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiation principles
✅ Proficiency in MS Office; CRM software experience (e.g., Jira, Salesforce) is a plus
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✅ Strong organizational and time-management abilities
✅ Business acumen and a bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or marketing
