Our client is seeking to recruit an Accountant above 35 years of age to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting organizational growth.

Starting Salary: KSh 40,000
Requirements
Age: Above 35 years
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting or auditing
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and ledger reconciliation
Good computer skills (MS Office, accounting software)
High level of integrity, respect, and professionalism
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and records
Conduct reconciliations and ensure compliance with company policies
Monitor budgets, cash flow, and expenditure
Support management in financial planning and decision‑making
Ensure timely preparation of reports for audits and regulatory requirements
Identify risks and propose corrective measures
Uphold confidentiality and accuracy in all financial processes
