Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of our esteemed client, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Administrative Assistant – Technical Sales Support to join their team.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the sales team while leveraging a technical background in biomedical or related fields to ensure seamless coordination between clients, technical teams, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the technical sales team.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and technical documentation for clients.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with internal teams and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and technical documentation.
- Support onboarding and training of new clients on technical products or services where necessary.
- Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of client requests.
- Ensure smooth communication between technical, sales, and administrative functions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-service role, preferably in a technical or biomedical environment.
- Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
